We make pottery with the simple goal of adding beauty and enjoyment to life.

Our functional designs include mugs for hot coffee and tea, bowls for all things, vases for fresh flowers, butter keepers, “mason jars”, and fermenting crocks.
You can purchase our pottery on Etsy, through a gallery, at a show, or direct from our studio showroom in Vermont. (Yes, we are happy to have visitors – please call or email us ahead of time, or come to one of our Open Studio events, which are listed here.)

We often make dinnerware and dishes to order. Becca also sets up wedding and gift registries for people – please send her an email if you're interested! beccavanfleet[at]gmail.com.
We designed and built our two-chamber wood-fired kiln under a large pole barn in our field. (It only took us three years! :) We fire the kiln 1-2 times per year, and firings last 4 days, stoked ‘round the clock to a temperature of 2300+ degrees. Fueled by scrap slabs from local mills, the kiln holds over 800 pieces of pottery.

You can follow along with our story on our blog, or see a start-to-finish album of our kiln building photos on our Facebook page.
Nathan's pots speak of tradition and experimentation; Becca's pots have soft edges and organic wavy elements .

Our collaborations are somewhere in between!! They are all fun to use (and we think food tastes better in handmade dishes).
"Don't ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive and go do it, because what this world needs is more people who have come alive."
